Our sessions also include technical discussions from leading suppliers and this month we have speakers from Euro Corporation, Holdfast, Toolware, Makita and Saint Gobain and a Timber Supplier.
To top it all off, our training evenings work towards helping you meet your LBP requirements by giving you points towards your certification. Come along and get stuck in – We’ll see you right!

More and more builders are asking about indemnity insurance…
So what is it and what does it actually cover? Is it something your business should have?
Indemnity insurance aims to “protect business owners and employees when they are found to be at fault for a specific event such as a mistake”. Errors & omissions indemnity or professional indemnity insurance (they are the same thing) covers your liability for mistakes you make that cause someone else a financial cost.
It is becoming extremely important for building firms due to the increased willingness among the public to take legal action if they are unhappy with the building work. This has been further reinforced by the recent changes to the Building Act.
Make sure you are clued up on Indemnity Insurance and why your business needs it! Refer to your building business mag for more info on this and related articles……..
