Change to Charge Account Invoicing
We have been working over the last few months on customer pricing and there are now changes which have been applied as of the 2nd of May 16. Previously we have worked from a discount off retail (which can cause confusion in itself). We are now working on a cost plus structure as it is more accurate and allows ITM to be more specific to customers especially on large jobs. The invoice product line now shows code, Description, Qty, UOM, Your Price, Extended (total) excl gst.
Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 implemented from the 4th April 2016
As you will be aware the act is now in force. We have introduced a Health & Safety Management Pack which will enable you to easily implement a safety management plan, emergency response planning and policies for your work site. Provided you utilise the system and the documents in the pack, this will help your business meet health & safety obligations under the Health & Safety Act 2015. The packs will be available in store by the end of the week.
You will start seeing a commonly used acronym ‘PCBU’ is a ‘Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking

Charge Accounts – Updated Terms of Trade
Changes to our trade of terms as below:
We have just overhauled our terms of trade for all charge customers; please see below for the amendments.
Clause Removed
3.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made by the customer before delivery of goods.
3.6 An admin fee of $20 will be added to your account if we have had to follow up with you regarding payment.
9.0 Inactive Accounts
9.1 Accounts which remain inactive over a 24 month period will be closed.
9.2 If the customer requires the account reopened a new set of account forms need to be signed and a credit check run. The customer will be advised of the account status once this has been completed.

3.7 The Seller may be charged interest on any moneys which are overdue under the contract commencing on the due date until the date of actual payment. The interest rate will be 2.0 % per month. The interest rate may be varied by the Seller from time to time by providing written notice to the customer. Was 1.5%
8.1 The Seller may in its discretion accept goods returned in return for a credit and will not be bound to provide a cash refund. The customer must return the goods in ‘as new’ condition to the Seller within 30 days of having accepted delivery of the goods. The Seller will be entitled to charge a handling fee for goods returned and such a charge may be deducted from the amount of credit to which the customer may be entitled. Was 14 days
Raewyn will be following up on charge accounts not paid on the 21st of each month, please do not be offended as we need to ensure payment is coming in and you have received the invoices and statements. Technology is great but there can be issues with you actually receiving the invoices and statements sometimes. The BNZ we are not.
If there are any issues with paying your account please contact Danielle before the 20th of the month due, 09 4060048 or
