We endeavour to get deliveries out to you when you need them and we will be more likely to guarantee your delivery if you give us more than 24 hours’ notice. It's a busy time out there, which is great for us all but does put strain on services such as deliveries. Jamee is the contact for all delivery bookings - 022 544 5921
Health & Safety at Far North ITM
At Far North ITM we are constantly reviewing our health & safety procedures and policies. We have a couple of changes that may affect you:
We have made the decision to retire our Drop Saw. The reason is the requirements under the Health & Safety Regulation brings in too much of a grey area for ITM to continue this service of cutting timber into lengths to fit in your car in great quantities. There will be a handsaw that can be used for two or three pieces but accuracy is not guaranteed.
Hiab Deliveries - when you are receiving a Hiab delivery a couple of key points need to be adhered to: 1. Hiab Crane must not be within 4 metres of power lines. 2. The Hiab must no more than a 5 degree inclination when unloading product. Please bear this in mind when you are placing a Hiab delivery, you will be asked these questions on booking.
This is the heartland stuff that really counts. We always get asked, but like you, have limited funds.
Our latest support is Doubtless Bay ITM Fishing Contest & Auction, Coopers Beach Bowling Club, Mangonui Volunteer Fire Brigade, St Johns Ambulance, Lions doing local projects, Far North Radio and Sea Rescue, Mangonui School, Oruaiti School, Eastern Rugby Club, Light Line & Rod Competition, Doubtless Bay Kindy Easter Dig, Whangaroa Golf Club
