  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (e.g., for pricing errors or suspected fraud).

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver within New Zealand only.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and stock availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure, or repair if the fault is minor.
